Cartoon Forum is a pitching & co-pro forum for animated TV projects. For 3 days, producers have the opportunity to pitch their project in front of 1000 broadcasters, investors and other potential partners from 40 countries. Since its creation in 1990, 985 TV series found financing, representing a total budget of 3.57 billion EUR.
The current registration price is €1065 (inclusive of VAT), but through Cultural & Creative Industries Skillnet we can offer a limited number of tickets to this event at the highly subsidised member’s rate of €700 (no VAT) per pass.
DEADLINE TO APPLY VIA CCIS IS Tuesday June 24th at 5pm so we can facilitate transfer of pass details to Cartoon Forum by their deadline of June 28th
The pass includes:
Full accreditation to Cartoon Forum (15-18 September)
Access to the mobile app (login required) displaying all information regarding the projects, the registered companies and participants
Printed agenda with the detailed schedule of the pitching sessions – that you can also use as a notebook
Interpreting services during the pitching sessions
Working Space (with WiFi & plugs but no computer and printer)
Following meals:
– 3 breakfasts during the Croissant Shows
– 3 lunches
– 3 dinners (social events on 15, 17 and 18 September)
If you’re project has already been accepted…this pass includes:
Presentation of your project in front of all potential partners and buyers
Screening of your trailer during the Croissant & Coffee Shows in front of all participants
The benefit of a consultant’s expertise (Chairperson)
Audiovisual equipment
Presentation of your project in the mobile app (including your trailer)
Feedback forms available for buyers and producers in the mobile app
List of presence sent to the producer after the pitching session
Extra Time Corner – a special area set up just outside each studio to continue discussions initiated during the pitching session
Displaying of your projects’ visual in the Digital Exhibition
Tickets are limited and will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
Cancellations/Changes:
Deadline to make changes with CCIS is Monday August 11th in order for us to turn around changes with Cartoon Forum as per their changes/cancellation policy here.
