Overview

Cultural and Creative Industries Skillnet with the support of Animation Ireland, Coimisiún na Meán, Cartoon Saloon, and Turnip + Duck present Flipping the Script.

Flipping the Script is a webinar that aims to give people from underrepresented groups an overview of the basics of writing for animation in Ireland. The webinar is a precursor to two animation writing programmes beginning in early 2024. Full details of these programmes, including application details, will be announced soon.

If you are from an identity group covered under the ‘nine grounds’ Gender, Civil Status, Family Status, Sexual Orientation, Religion, Age, Disability, Race and membership of the Travelling community and you are passionate about writing, whether that’s prose, poetry, essay or other, we would love for you to join us!
